FortiGate DoS Protection: Blocking External Attacks

Successfully mitigated TCP port scans, TCP SYN floods, and ICMP flood attacks using Fortinet firewall protections (IPv4 DoS Policy, L3 anomaly detection, and L4 DDoS controls). Malicious sessions were cleared, suspicious sources quarantined, and attacker IPs automatically blocked.
